Crossgar W.I.

Tonight I went out for dinner - with Crossgar W.I.. I've been a member of the WI since just before lockdown, and this year I was elected onto the committee. It's our 75th anniversary this year, and to celebrate we had a tour of the Parliament Buildings at Stormont and dinner in the Members Dining room. It was a great evening, a very interesting tour, and the meal was fantastic! The cake was made by one of the members - she's an amazing 94 years old!! 
The extra is the logo of the assembly, 6 flax flowers, one for each of the 6 counties, and flax because of the importance of linen in our history.
