had a great idea that I would go for a cycle today. Then I looked out the window. So staying in bed listening to Parky.

Friend popped in later for a blether (aka gossip/bitch).

Tasty dinner and then realsied that the furtherest I had been was to the wheelie bin. Oh dear. But it's a great night for telly, so looking forward to relaxing on the sofa.
