Brownsea

Went on a Dorset Wildlife trip to Brownsea. Lovely blue skies so all looked great. Our boatload had the island to ourselves. We walked to the far end enjoying the autumn colours and saw 12 red squirrels. In our brief time in the hide we saw many avocets, a spoonbill and a kingfisher. One of the few days that I wished I had a proper camera to get some close ups rather than just the trusty iPhone. What a fantastic day.
