Making a scene.

We have had prolonged, biblical proportions of rain today. J is now doing a backdrop for his layout, so blip sorted. While we were  having  our lunch, the postie dropped a card through the door,  saying there was a fee to pay ( £1.50) before they could deliver an item to us Off we went to collect it, only to find they are only open between 8 _10am. How ridiculous is that?  We still have no idea what the  item is. A wasted journey, so home again, and J dropped me off, and then went up to see how his friend is getting on with his motorbike rebuild.
