Drymen War Memorial

I stopped to take a photo of the war memorial with its recent addition of poppy wreaths as I passed by this morning.

I was heading for the chemist's to pick up P's prescription, which wasn't ready, so I popped into Alfie's next door and was just in time for their morning coffee + pastry deal. How fortunate! ;-)

As you can tell from the blip, it was a grey day but not as cold.
