Unpleasant Times...

I spent the night in A and E... the reason for which is too horrible to say! 

It did take almost 8 hours to be seen, which I felt was a form of torture, and it's hard to sit in a waiting room when you can't actually sit....

My mum kindly stayed with me, and we found a darkened corridor with a row of three seats, so she sat on one, and I curled up on the other two, with a blanket I'd found on a trolley. We did keep going back to find out how long, but they just kept saying "there's three more in front of you"...

We got home just before 8am, both had a bath, tea and toast, and then slept for several hours. The staff were great when they saw me, but the waiting was just the worst bit... No real solution either.
