Ths Signalman

A quiet Sunday morning at Stirling Middle signalbox, the signalman taking in the warm morning sunshine with a ciggy and a cup of coffee.
The calm before the storm as all the old semaphore signals will disapear by October this year with colour light signals, the end of an era as Stirling will never look the same again without them as they have alot of character.
The signalbox will remain a working box until 2016 then it will become a museum piece, fortunately they can't knock it down as it is a listed building.
