OpenReach at Work
The OpenReach engineer arrived at 8.30 am to fix my slow Upload problem. During the morning he went out, came back in, drove down into Hebden Bridge to check 'the cabinet,' came back, connected allsorts of test equipment, went out, climbed a pole, came back down, pressed a lot of buttons, made a couple of phone calls and then told me everything was working as it should be. The problem remains - no improvement whatsoever.
I don't care - as long as I have my Mini Hub I'm a Happy Bunny.
