A day that

seemed to just vanish. This is the only photo taken - by phone!
I've got the plumbers here taking out the bath and fitting a walk in shower for me..... much easier to use than the one over the bath. They come at 0800 hrs (early for me to be awake; eyes might be open but awake? !) Anyway, today was 'interesting' as I had to make a dash to the local hotel to use the facilities when the water had been turned off and the loo was no longer in use.  Later I popped up to see Terri, have coffee, use her facilities and then go out for lunch. 
The walking group (more of a strolling/coffee group) went to the Hartnell Hotel in Bolham, Tiverton. My first time visiting and I was impressed.This is part of my 3 course luncheon, a delicious hake steak on a bed of crushed potatoes, samphire, thin beans etc.  
Well worth the drive and altogether a most enjoyable way to spend a few hours!
Back home to find the plumbers had cracked on, water turned back on and the tray and sides all in situ. Tomorrow the doors will be fitted and the pipes connected. Getting there. . .
