Rainy Morning

Had a wonderful walk with Maureen, a French filmmaker in Scotland.
Then I joined Lisa's DTT before jumping on the mat to do a New Moon practice.
121 with a lovely lady in Ireland after than.
Wrote a post then retired on the couch to listen to Rachel's 11.11. meditation.
I fell asleep ......
Just before 9 pm Simone called and we talked until midnight ......

My idea of an early night did not manifest :)

I forgot my camera this morning .... hence a phone picture for today. Walking in the arboretum along the river.
