Portuguese Influence

Feeling better today but not 100%. Managed the morning dog walk and got a soaking then spent all day working on the laptop before dropping L off at gymnastics and popping in for a grocery shop.

Must have had last week on my mind as I bought a nice bottle of aged Tawny Port and 2 x Portuguese tarts from the bakery. Add to this the Portuguese red wine already opened, I’d say Obrigado very much.

I also managed the badminton tonight so hopefully that’ll sweat the last of the manflu out.

Popped into my dad’s whilst waiting for L to finish gymnastics. He’s got another chest infection and didn’t look or sound great.
