Flowers

Had to go up to the surgery for a routine appointment, and on the way back noticed in the South Leith kirkyard that someone seems to have left Peter Gardiner fresh flowers. (Never did get round to looking him up.....)

In other news, I finally finished volume 3 of Proust's À la recherche du temps perdu ("In Search of Lost Time"). Only 4 more vols to go. Still haven't figured out why he's considered to be so important. Project Gutenberg has a lot to answer for. Think I'll give it a rest for a while.
