Color and light #3 - Turneresque?

This 'iPhone as camera' thing is so hard. Nothing to do with the beta Blipfoto iPhone app that I'm using you understand. No... by and large that is very good. It's just that the iPhone makes for an incredibly poor camera.

At a technical level it is very low resolition and only really works in bright lighting conditions - so anytime the weather isn't perfect or you're in morning or evening conditions you are pretty much scuppered. And ergonomically, the iPhone is very poor to use, having a 'soft' shuuter release rather than a physical burton to press, meaning ghat you can't hold it like a normal camera.

Oh well... this was the view from the top room in our house this evening looking west towards the setting sun.
