Some days a suitable subject just presents itself!

Where the road to Chesterton Windmill crosses the Fosse Way is a busy crossroads where there have been several nasty collisions over the past few years.  Improvements to the junction have been going on for months, with 4 way temporary traffic lights so the queues can be quite long at times.

Its on our route up to the hospital where Gill had an appointment this morning, so too good an opportunity to miss.

I should point out:
a) there is usually work in progress whenever we go by in daylight
b) I was not driving and photographing at the same time :-)
