Casserole and Coffee.

Sometimes life is like being in a pot and shoved in an oven at 180 degrees. You become crabby, over inflated and just in need of some good home cooked food., and your amazon delivery.
 To be honest I, was just happy it wasn't another bloody salad.  I'm actually getting rather good at a beef casserole, and yes eventually the delivery arrived with the coffee beans I had ordered
