Rachael

I met up with my good friends Ian and Simon, this evening, plus Ian's daughter, Daisy, who's just moved to Chorlton, which is where we decided to congregate and go for a meal.

We started off in a bar called Strange Brew and had a couple of drinks there before we moved on to a restaurant called Zaytoon. There was some confusion over our booking, which, inexplicably, turned out to be under the name of Rachael.

The food, however, was excellent. Ian and I shared a meat platter, which, despite our enthusiasm, we simply couldn't finish.

And after that, we walked down to The Beagle to meet up with my daughter, Charlie, who also lives in Chorlton. We had a couple more drinks there, which made for a perfect end to the evening.
