Now You See Me

This shot was taken at dusk and I could barely see him - for many reasons: it was very dark, my eye infection is still running on and I honestly could not focus out of my glasses but I was standing with a guy who was very obliging in giving me the heads up: 'Owl to the .... right, yes ...yes  -  it's a barn owl oh, oh and shortie on ooooour left ...' It felt like I was in the 2WW. Good on him though and although I thanked him he never realised how grateful I actually was - I just swung my lens :) 

You can see him because of editing but I don't recommend this ....
