An absolute treat of a day in Bath today as we went to the theatre again, this time to see a new play, “I’m Sorry Prime Minister, I Can’t Quite Remember”. We really enjoyed it, Ask any former civil servant and they will tell you that the Yes Minister and Yes Prime Minister TV series weren’t comedies, they were documentaries!
The day included a lovely lunch in a restaurant with a decent view, a visit to the charity card shop in St Michael’s Church (where I was christened), a look at the very full river, seeing the Christmas Market chalets being put up and enjoying the Christmas lights. I also went browsing for a new phone as my current one will be 7 years old next month!
