Reflection whilst waiting

For five years we have been waiting to have a smart meter installed .

During that time we have had missed appointments by engineers, demands for new wall boxes, an installation that failed to connect to the system and lots of apologies.

We have also had long periods of nothing been done about it all and therefore no smart meter - until today when Mark from OVO with flawless efficiency got it all working in a couple of hours , most of which was after sunset.

This was a reflection of my torch on the conservatory roof as I waited in the dark for that to happen.
