How do you get set honey out of this thing?

I'm a bit late today with my blip because I had an optometry (eye) appointment this afternoon regarding my cataracts. Bingo! The nice man said they are so dense in both eyes that I should get a double surgery in 8-12 weeks. I feel like I've won thw pools. In the meantinne expect more typos and occasional misunderstanding, (I can barely read what I've just written,)
