A dry day today so went to Derwent Water to make the most of the autumn colour which will soon be gone.  Walked along Catcalls Terrace before dropping down to the lake.   Lots of mist swirling around at the beginning of our walk and no wind so plenty of reflections in the lake.  I'm so pleased I put my wellies on as some areas of the footpath were under water and I was able to wade through.  I did have to turn back eventually when the water was so deep it came to the top of my wellies.   Got a bit carried away taking photos so hard to decide what to blip.  If interested postcards in extras.
