Either side of the road

The weather was awful this morning. At lunchtime we ventured out. First we went to Godshill. We drove through a couple of badly flooded roads en route. The main photo is of an old well and we're facing one direction into a beautiful blue sky. We turned around to see the thatched cottage on the other side of the road and were faced with a totally different sky - see extra.
We then visited Newport where we tried a new chocolate shop. I bought a chocolate tortoise for my cousin's partner and some fish and chips to send to my brother in the USA!
