Albert’s Back

Swam at 8am. Relaxing.

I feel a huge amount of relief after yesterday’s hospital appointments. No further gynae-interventions at this time.

Albert and his Mam have come to stay. Albert will stay with us until the end of the month while V travels to Kenya.

He likes his new bed; and his Hi-viz neck wear which were very much a highlight on his last trot.
