The Rhododendrons are still looking good

Our usual short walk around the grounds at Cannon Hall after lunch, though today we made a detour onto a public footpath to have a preview of the new farm buildings they have been erecting. I think the plan is to move all of the animals into the new buildings and then modify the old buildings and give them a change of use. I think one of the plans is for a restaurant to sit alongside the cafe. They still had their 25% discount on 5 bottles of wine, so I came back with four more bottles of the Viognier which has been very good.
