Plants

To Beatties again this morning, this time to meet John and Marina for coffee, at least that's what I had assumed as the appointed hour was 11.00am. But they had understood it to be for brunch. No matter - we each had a mid-morning snack, and they had brunch! Called in at a couple of shops on the way back, including the greengrocer's, where they were selling these small Christmas rose plants. They're not the healthiest plants, but they were quite cheap, and with some TLC should be fine.

Yet another gloomy grey day, but at least it was mostly dry. Worked in the garden for an hour or so in the afternoon, and planted out the winter pansies I bought a week ago.
