Almost Frozen or Nearly Melted

About -1. Slight breeze from the east. Sunny.

The weather looked great. I went out with my e-moped (scooter). But no, it was very unpleasant breeze that my fingers couldn't bare and face didn't like. I was there a half an hour.

I was sure there would have been nore frozen plants or water after the night with temperature -5. I couldn't see that nearly at all. I spotted this small water drop with a thin coating among sporangia of the moss. The drop was either melting or freezing, not frozen (I touched it with my fingers).
