Back into the water this morning -  the surface temperature was 7C and I could definitely feel the drop but once the initial cold shock had passed it was actually quite invigorating (honestly!).  

Coffee at the Dam Cafe afterwards was fun as we talked about this and that.

More coffee and chat this afternoon at committee meeting for one the local groups I'm involved in. 

A quiet night in beckons whilst Tom is out taking part in a session in the Bothy Bar - planning on watching Nyad.
