Autumn

A quick blip through a hospital window as I was there for some physio rehab after work today.

Made a little progress but still learning walk essentially as that blessed left ankle still does not like any weight being put through it. 

If I don't walk 'properly' I can move around quite efficiently but then I'm putting strain elsewhere that, given my age, I can't afford to do long term!

In good news, there was a meeting in the boardroom but none of the attendees wanted the festive treats laid on so we got stollen and mini mince pies for elevenses! I love my new job more each day!! :)
