Todays been one of those buzy days that flew by. This was the only photo I took at work.
Mums in hospital after a fall and I joined in a phone call meeting (me and another on speaker phone) about how to best move foreward. Mums getting a lot of help and I’m grateful for that.
Before the phone call meeting, I spoke with my boss to get clerance to participate in the meeting, and then started with my chore. Today I was again drawing and painting pine cones (much more difficult today, my mind was elsewhere). At the same time coworkers were chatting nonstop and that gets me so tired…and I had customers and also had to give a coworker something to do (while the bosses had their meeting). I showed her and she got started… She wrapped honey jars in cellophane and every time the cellophane piece got larger and larger. I tried to show her again, but finally I gave up. Another coworker suggested I cut the pieces for her, but I thought (to my self) that a grown person shouldn’t need that help. I told my coworker that I had other things to do. I had to let go, and fix that later.
My phone meeting took an hour and how I managed to stay focused is a mystery! I even managed to say some things that didn’t sound stupid!
Not sure if I can save the pine cone tags… I’ll look at them on Monday, to see if they have improved magically during the weekend…
But, people have been asking for the wrapped honey jars, so at least that’s something! This time I’m using white, green and blue for winter.
