A fairly difficult day at work, but quite efficient. I had to go and help in Port Seton in the afternoon an this is the harbour there. 
In the evening, we went out for a meal at the Nepalese restaurant. Then I had a chat with my friend Alain in France. A common friend of ours is in hospital so he was giving me some news.
