Yes I have a couple of flowers even in mid-November. Jealous? 

Guess what? Bunch of Teslas in Ukraine. There are EV mechanics in Ukraine who receive totaled Teslas from the US and Canada and bring them back to life. Ukraine used to be a top destination of used US passenger vehicles and Ukraine’s importers were known for ingenuity. War has boosted gas prices. Ukraine has a public charging network of ~11,000 chargers. 

Europe is growing worried that the US won’t approve new aid to Ukraine. They are increasing assistance. US assistance is vital but Germany agreed to double its military aid for next year to over $8 billion. This makes Germany Ukraine’s second-largest military supporter. France is adding more than $200 million to a fund to buy French equipment. The Dutch are giving $542 million to help buy ammunition. The EU is planning $54 billion in economic aid over the next four years. 

In east Ukraine they are building schools underground. Two schools are under construction and will be able to withstand direct hits.
