Happy Fathers Day, Dad x

Sadly my lovely Dad passed away nearly 7 years ago, he was the best, ok I'm biased!

This is a pic of my Dad, me aged about 10, I think and some of our very friendly cows.

The card was from when I was too young to write my name in it, so Mum had to do it.

In other news I now seem to have a gear issue on my bike follow Thursdays maintenance session, so broke me and bike with one week to go till tri day, not great preparation!!!
