Tauranga's downtown frangipanis

On the way to work this morning, the frangipanis are in full flower and looking quite something. Never mind the main street being empty, it's not quite nine o'clock yet. For those not in the loop, and that's probably just about ...everyone, the lifelessness of Taurangas CBD is an ongoing topical issue.
