Slick and the girls

This is Slick with little white FIFI and Ethel, one of the yard gnomes :—) I had a very early doctors visit, hopefully the last for a while. My regular doctor thinks long covid is responsible for the changes seen and hopefully the POTS syndrome will eventually resolve, as it is some better than in the spring. He will consult with the cardiologist as result calls me “ moderate risk” on the stress test.but doesn’t clarify at rush for what, exactly? I can now begin slow, gradual exercise to rebuild my strength. I don’t look forward to it but I can’t become sedentary, either.
Relaxing evening. I made the most delicious banana bread!
