My birthday cake

It’s my birthday and I’m having a party - so the song goes. Because it’s a Saturday we picked today’s date for the party. We are celebrating several birthdays and just FYI my birthday is on Monday.
I baked a ‘Kaesesahne Torte’ made with Quark (farmer’s cheese), whipped cream and Wiener Biscuit. Bob appetit!
