Clinic Gut St. Moritz

We visited in the morning the new private Klinik Gut building. 27 beds, Operating theatre, emergency ward with 5 cabins and most modern equipment such as MRI and CT.

It was open to the public today with guided tours before the first patients will be treated there 08 December. The rescue (Rega) helicopter just started when we were there.

Impressive how such a modern clinic for Musculoskeletal System (knees, hips, shoulders, back, feet etc.) looks like. The clinic was founded 1929 and is still amongst the top institutions in Switzerland. Very modern but still with a lot of natural pine and larch wood and granite stones.

The surgeon who fixed my Labrum 2 years ago explained us the new operations theatre. Nice :-)

Afterwards a 2 hour walk in the fresh snow (arrived over night) and weekend food shopping.
