Immobile

On my own this weekend and feeling a bit miserable. Being out on the road hasn’t helped my back. It feels no better. I can’t see the chiropractor again till Friday so managing with ice and pain killers. I usually hate taking any drug. I have never experienced immobility and pain like this before. It’s making me think about the importance of looking after my body better and doing things to get stronger as i start to roll towards old age!
I’ve stayed in bed for most of today which isn’t what you are advised to do. Caught up on The Crown and now I might watch the Barbie film!!
