A Day at Wallingford

Wallingford is a lovely old town not far from Reading where my brother & his wife live - so we decided to spend a day there. My Editor and I both have birthdays coming up soonish and they treated us to a lovely afternoon tea in The Wallingford Tearoom at the top of The Lamb antique arcade. Here's one of the displays there which amused us - I'm sure I'm sometimes guilty of my mouth (or my typing fingers) operating faster than my brain! Today's not a hosted Silly Saturday but I'll tag it for SilS anyway.

We also had a walk by the River Thames - which is running very high at the moment after all the recent rain (extra).
