Daddy's Eyes

Father's Day today. We spent he afternoon along with many other Dads and their families at the school Duck Race, which takes place each year at the delightfully named local beauty spot 'Old Man's Bottom'. Some of the Dads (and Mums) were slightly worse for wear as they had spent the night at the camp out we were at last night. I think we were sensible to have left for our own beds!

It was quite a successful day for our family ducks. Mine won its heat and my sister's came second in the same race. Some 300 ducks raced overall, so it will hopefully have raised lots of money for the school.
