We got up early, packed an overnight bag and went to pick up the car from the garage. The drive down to Liverpool was challenging due to the rain and spray on the road. But we got down there in 3 hours which was good. Lovely to have time with my son, his grandmother and my partner.
Ursula had made a lovely lunch of soup and an onion and cheese flan with salad.
I’ve added an extra of my son , Úrsula and myself feeling windswept next to the river Mersey !
