Tad rough today as we came to Southampton . This flower arrangement is the centre piece in the (not so) grand lobby . We really don't like this ship and after the abysmal service of the first night didn't eat in our assigned restaurant again. Food choice not great in the kings court either. Might've complaint email or 2 going into Cunard .
