Bulgarian Friends

We were delighted to see Katia and George today who have come to the UK for a four day break to celebrate Katia's birthday which is actually today!  George gave her a polaroid camera for her birthday which you might be able to see.  It's interesting to see how they are becoming popular again.

We last met up with Katia and also her mother when we were in Bulgaria in 2022.  We know the family well and they always look after us so well when we are in their beautiful country.  It was great to meet Katia's boyfriend George today, who is also an architect, and we took them out to lunch in our local pub.  They then went off to see Bourton on the Water before the light fades and were then heading to Blenheim Palace for the Christmas Light Trail which I'm sure they'll love.
