Staff meeting… in Tesco!

There’s only one thing I couldn’t sort out for school next week and you could have knocked me down with a feather when I bumped into the exact person I needed to speak to about it in Tesco this morning!

I laughed and said that I had a question for her but it could wait until we got to work tomorrow but, of course, she told me what I needed to know there and then and job done!

Two more staff members came in as we were talking and they laughed when they looked in my trolley as all I’d got by then were pens for my students (who seem totally unable to buy their own) and four tubs of Heroes chocolates to give out on the last day before the holidays (they were on special offer).

When I got home, I caught Ziggy staring at the three deer who visit us every day.
