Empty again!

No matter how often I fill up the bird feeders they are emptied very quickly.  The fat balls disappear first ..... I blame the crows who have voracious appetites but they are too heavy for the spring loaded seed feeders where only the wee garden birds can get at the seeds.

The Goldfinches come in groups and with only four perches it's fun watching them jostling for a perch post. The tits just grab and go while the tits and sparrows are quite happy to perch for a few moments while they eat a few seeds and drop at least twice the number ...... enter the pigeons!
