Home again.

Early start as we had a long journey ahead of us.
We also had a detour to Hawick (my main the wind turbines in Lauderdale) to see my sisters, brother and Sil. After a spot of lunch and a piece of my sister’s birthday cake we headed home.
As we crossed the border back into England we were graced by this beautiful view (1st extra) in the sunshine.
Traffic and driving conditions were good and as we passed Gateshead, Antony Gormleys Angel of the North was plain to see.

We arrived home just after it got dark, car unpacked, doggies settled but everything else can wait till morning.
