Budleigh beach

A very windy day and we were all late up this morning.  We headed out to the beach for a quick stroll and examination of the pebbles and various items of interest to our grandson ie remains of shells, parts of crab shells and claws, seaweed, twigs and some large bird feathers.  It certainly kept him busy.

Back home our grandson tasted a slice of the loaf he had made.  He really enjoyed it and took the loaf back home with him.  We then entertained our grandsons while his parents began the long procedure of loading up the car for their return home.  They just about managed to leave before it began to get dark.

Its been lovely to have them here but I have had little time for blipping so will catch up soon now the back blips are completed.
