Christmas Cakes

I had a day of baking both my traditional and vegan Xmas cakes today!

They will not be iced yet as I want to feed them more booze yet!!

Really pleased with the little tubs, I’ve saved some for gifts and then the rest have been put up on dessert Monsters!

They are seeking well so far, with only three traditionals left, more of the vegan ones left but I can freeze what doesn’t sell for at home!

Mum, Brian and Grace popped over today and it was lovely to chill and chat to them!
