The bay

Views in the bay this morning. It was actually sunny where I sat but the rain was coming in! In the distance, and close up in the bottom right corner was a lone lugger.

Katie and Ian came today, took me out to lunch and then we came back to mine, stopping at B’s bench on the way. It was a lovely afternoon, although we’ve had calls and FaceTime recently we haven’t really had time to sit and chat since Covid, katie is my oldest friend, we met at the anti natal clinic when I was expecting James and she her second daughter. We both lived in south London at the time, and after B and I moved to Lordswood, she followed a few months later! Sadly she doesn’t drive, so always beholden to Ian to go anywhere, but next time I will go to them.
