Staggs Al Fresco

Staggs beer festival, obviously we had to head down there. But the Scotland match was on the telly too and the place was stowed out, literally no room in the inn, so we braced ourselves and spent a November evening outside. We weren’t alone mind you, there was a TV hooked up outside to cater for the overflow, and we only had to move once to get out of the rain! A fine selection of beers were sampled, none were rejected. It may look like we’re drinking orange juice but they’re various unfiltered IPAs, ‘hazy’ beer seems to be the trendy name, and they’re sitting there chilling. So were we.
