Ghost Farm

It's not at all ghostly, but seen across the valley from a lane next to Crook Hill (National Trust property), this farmhouse looks isolated and perhaps a little creepy.

I had been to the little Post Office in the Halstock Community Shop and was on my way home the long way around, hoping for a photo opportunity like this.  The scene is slightly doctored: I used a Style called Yukon in Capture One Pro so the colours of the Autumn leaves are rather exaggerated.  

But I like it.
